I ordered two of these chairs. They were prompt in arriving and both were very well packed and in good condition. They are easy to open, and to store away.
My one small issue- I received two different versions of the chair, one with mesh panels and one solid fabric. One is a bit smaller overall(the mesh one). I wasn't aware that there WERE 2 types let alone able to choose a version I wanted.
This is the best purchase ever. The look is regal, the fabric and materials are the highest quality and the comfort is beyond comfortable. I will recommend this chair to everyone.
